高温作业工人所摄入的蛋白质与血浆中游离氨基酸含量分析
The Analysis on Intake Prteins and Plasma Free Amino Acids of Workers Working in the Extremely Hot Environment
【摘要】 为了解高温作业工人所摄入的蛋白质水平和血浆中游离氨基酸的含量及其可能的关系,本文调查了72名高温作业工人和45名对照组工人所摄入的蛋白质和血浆中游离氨基酸含量。结果显示:与对照组相比,高温组工人所摄入的蛋白质明显偏低(P<005),而血浆中游离的蛋氨酸、色氨酸、精氨酸明显增加(P<005),其它氨基酸尽管无显著性差异,但呈增高趋势。结果表明:高温作业工人所摄入的蛋白质不足和血浆中游离氨基酸升高,与高温作业时所受的热应激反应有关,特别是反应在中HSP70的合成诱导增加和正常蛋白质合成抑制。
【Abstract】 s In order to dnow the intade proteins,plasma free amino acids and their correction in workers working in the extremely hot environment,present paper investigated the intake proteins and plasma free amino acids of 72 workers working in the extremely hot environnment and 45workers as control.The results showed that the intake proteins of workers working in the extremely hot environment were significantly low(P<0 05) and their levels of plasma free methionine ,trypotophan and arginine significantly increased(P<0 05),and the levels of most other amino acids temded to increased although there was no significant difference,compared with control.Our results suggested that the decrease of their intake proteins and the increase of plasma free amino acids were related to the heat stress response when workers were working in the exrtemely hot environment,especially in the induction of heat srtess protein 70kD and inhibition of normal proteis when this response happened.
