【摘要】 以黄原胶、预胶化淀粉、吐温-80等稳定剂制备布洛芬混悬液,并进行了质量考察及临床疗效观察。结果显示在自然条件下本品沉降缓慢,加速离心后沉降体积比为0.96。加入预胶化淀粉后可使布洛芬以球形存在于混悬液中,粒径小且分布均匀,经稳定性各项试验表明稳定性好。临床应用起效快,内服口感好。更多还原

【Abstract】 A ibuprofen suspension was developed with xan than gum, pregelatinized starch and tween-80 etc. as stabilizers. The quality inspection and clinical efficacy observation were also conducted. The results showed that this ibuprofen suspension had very good stability. Its granule size was very small and the distribution was well-distributed. Accelerated tests also showed a good stability. Clinical test demonstrated that it had a effect begun quickly and good taste. It was valuable as a new hospital preparation in the further study.更多还原
