【摘要】 天仙合剂是由天仙藤、黑料豆等制成的中药制剂。SD大鼠分为5组,分别给予蒸馏水,氢氯噻嗪0.25g·kg^-1,天仙合剂3.2,6.5和13.0g·kg^-1。给药后收集5h尿液并采血测定尿Na⁺、K⁺和血清Na⁺、K⁺、Cl^-浓度。实验结果表明,天仙合剂6.5g·kg^-1剂量时,5h排尿量明显增加（P<0.05）,13.0g·kg^-1时增加更为明显（P<0.02）。天仙合剂对大鼠血清K⁺、Na⁺、Cl^-浓度无明显影响,对大鼠尿液Na⁺、K⁺浓度无显著影响,但K⁺浓度有随剂量增加而增高的趋势。说明天仙合剂有利水消肿之功效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Tian Xian mixture is made from Tian Xian Teng and Hei Dou. SD rats were divided into 5 groups, given the stilled water, dihydrochlorothiazide 0.25 g·kg-1、Tian Xian mixture 3.2 g·kg-1,6.5 g·kg-1 and 13.0 g·kg-1, respectively. Five hours after freatment, the samples of urine and blood were collected. The concetration of Na+ 、 K+ in the urine and Na+ 、 K+ 、 Cl-in the blood were examined. The results showed that the urinary output within 5h increased markedly at 6.5 g·kg-1(P<0.05) and 13.0 g·kg-1(P<0.02). There were little influence on concetration of K+ 、 Na+ 、Cl- in the blood of SD rats and K+ 、 Na+ in the urine of SD rats. It was showed that Tian Xian mixture had diuretic and antihydropic effect.更多还原
