高效液相色谱法测定银杏叶及其提取物中黄酮类成分的含量

【摘要】 采用高效液相色谱法测定银杏叶及其提取物(EGB)中银杏总黄酮的含量。以甲醇-0.4%磷酸溶液(1:1)为流动相,并用磷酸调pH2.5,流速1.0ml·min-1,进样体积10μl,检测波长368nm,柱温:25℃。样品水解后的三种主要甙元槲皮素、山萘酚和异鼠李素分离较好。该法简便、重现性好、准确度高。

【Abstract】 Total content of flavnoids components from Ginkgo biloba L. leaves and extract of Ginkgo biloba were determined by HPLC. Methanal-0.4 % H3PO4 solution was as mobil phase, pH value was adjusted to 2.5, flow rate was 1.0 ml·min 1 , injection volume was 10 μl, detecting wave length was 368 nm, colume temperature was 25 X2 . Quercetin, Keampferol, and Isorhamnetin obtained after hydrolysis were separated well. This method was easy to operate, having better reproducibility and high accuracy.
