【Abstract】 At present, the competition of ‘Technigue and Management’ is leading the trend of softshelled turtle culture. Based on the theory of microeconomy, it comes to the conclution that the managerial structure ‘the size of an indivadual economic unit can be determined by the basic parameter from the single-boiler-offering heat and water’ is a scientific managerial model for scale management.
