【摘要】 目的探讨性激素对机体阴阳平衡的调节作用。方法３２例男性冠心病肾虚患者分为肾阴虚组１７例，肾阳虚组１５例，观察丽参注射液治疗前后血清雌二醇（Ｅ２—、睾酮（Ｔ）、Ｅ２／Ｔ和肾虚症状计分变化，并以１５名健康人为对照。结果肾虚两组Ｔ显著降低（Ｐ＜０．０５～０．０１）；肾阴虚组Ｅ２、Ｅ２／Ｔ明显升高，肾阳虚组Ｅ２则明显降低（Ｐ＜０．０１）。治疗后随着肾虚症状积分改善，两组Ｔ均显著回升，肾阴虚组Ｅ２、Ｅ２／Ｔ显著回落，肾阳虚组Ｅ２显著回升（Ｐ＜０．０１），均接近对照组水平（Ｐ＞０．０５）。结论冠心病肾虚患者阴阳平衡失调与性激素水平变化有关，人参逆转性激素变化的效应，对改善肾虚阴阳失调症状有积极影响，表明性激素水平变化对调节、维护机体阴阳平衡起重要作用更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To assess the regulatory effect of sex hormones on balance between Yin and Yang in patients with kidney deficiency type.Methods:thirty two male patients with coronary heart disease of kidney deficiency type were divided into the kidney Yin deficiency group(17 cases)and the kidney Yang deficiency group(15 cases).The changes of serum estradiol(E 2),testosterone(T)and the E 2/T ratio and clinical symptoms of kidney deficiency type after treatment of Linsen injection in all patients were observed.Data of 14 healthy persons were taken as normal control.Results:serum E 2 and E 2/T ratio were higher( P <0 01)in the kidney Yin deficiency group,serum E 2 was lower( P <0 01) in kidney Yang deficiency group,and serum T was lower( P <0 5)in both groups as compared with the normal control;after treated with Lishen infection,the level of serum E 2 and E 2/T ratio were lower in the former ( P <0 01),serum E 2 was elevate in the later( P <0 01)and serum T both groups were elevated ( P <0 01),approaching those of control ( P >0.05).Conclusion:the imbalance of kidney Yin and Yang is related to the disturbance of sex hormones.The effect of Ginseng in reversing the changes of sex hormones plays a positive role on improving the symptoms of kidney deficiency.The levels of sex homones are one of important factors in regulating and keeping the balance of Kidney Yin and Kidney Yang.更多还原
