【摘要】 目的：观察抵克立得对２型糖尿病患者的血液流变学和血小板聚集功能的影响。方法：４４例高血粘度的２型糖尿病患者口服抵克立得片２５０ｍｇ，ｑｄ，疗程２周。结果：男性患者高切率全血粘度和低切率全血粘度分别降低１１．１％和１７．０％，１ｍｉｎ血小板聚集率和最大血小板聚集率分别降低２３．７％和２７．３％；女性患者高切率全血粘度和低切率全血粘度分别降低９．８％和２０．６％，１ｍｉｎ血小板聚集率和最大血小板聚集率分别降低１８．９％和２０．５％；治疗中未见明显不良反应。结论：抵克立得能有效地降低２型糖尿病患者的血粘度和血小板聚集率更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To observe the effects of ticlopidine on hemorrheology and platelet aggregation in type 2 diabetes mellitus.METHODS:44 patients with high blood viscosity were treated with ticlopidine in a dose of 250 mg daily for 14 days.RESULTS:In male patients,their high sheer and low sheer blood viscosity (HSBV and LSBV)were reduced by 11.1% and 17.0% respectively and their one minute and maximum platelet aggregation rate(1 MPAR and MPAR)were reduced by 23.7% and 27.3% respectively.The corresponding data for female patients were 9.8% and 20.6% for HSBV and LSBV,and 18.9% and 20.5% for 1 MPAR and MPAR respectively.No obvious ADRs were observed.CONCLUSION:This study demonstrated that the blood viscosity and platelet aggregation in type 2 diabetes mellitus patients may be significantly reduced by ticlopidine.更多还原
