醒脑静注射液对早期血管性痴呆患者智能及血脂蛋白的影响

【摘要】 目的:观察醒脑静注射液治疗早期血管性痴呆(VD)的疗效及对高密度脂蛋白(HDL)和低密度脂蛋白(LDL)的影响。方法:76例VD患者随机分为2组,治疗组39例,对照组37例。根据痴呆简易筛查量表,用单盲法于治疗前后评分;治疗组采用醒脑静注射液10~20ml静滴,对照组采用胞二磷胆碱0.5~1.0g静滴,每日1次;观察治疗前后HDL和LDL的变化情况。结果:治疗组治疗前后智能评分差异非常显著(P<0.01);而对照组有显著性差异(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后HDL升高非常显著(P<0.01),LDL下降非常显著(P<0.01);而对照组治疗前后HDL和LDL均无明显变化(P均>0.05)。结论:醒脑静注射液治疗早期VD疗效显著,降低了致残率,提高了VD的疗效。

【Abstract】 Objective :To observe the curative effects of Xingnaojing Injection (XNJI) on treating early vascular dementia (VD) and the influences on high density lipoprotein (HDL) and low density lipoprotein (LDL). Methods :76 cases with VD were randomly divided into two groups,treatment group (n=39) and control group (n=37).Based on Binet Bimon Scale with single blind method the scores before and after therapy were carried out.In treatment group XNJI 10 20 ml infused intravenously was used otherwise in control group cytidini diphosphatis cholinum injection 05 10 g infused intravenously once a day used.The changes in concentrations of HDL and LDL before and after therapy were observed. Results :The differences in scores of intelligence before and after therapy were significant (P<001) in treatment group whereas they were present (P<005) in control group.The HDL was elevated significantly (P<001) meantime LDL depressed significantly (P<001) after therapy in treatment group,in contrast the changes in HDL and LDL were not significant (both P>005) before and after treatment in control group. Conclusions :XNJI possesses significantly curative effects on treating early VD and is able to decrease mained rate and increase the curative effects on VD.
