【摘要】 目的：观察联用黄芪注射液和硫酸镁注射液治疗重度支气管哮喘的疗效。方法：重度支气管哮喘急性发作患者５７例，随机分成２组。对照组２４例予西医常规治疗，治疗组３３例在对照组治疗基础上加用黄芪注射液２０～３０ｍｌ／ｄ，２５％硫酸镁注射液１０～２０ｍｌ／ｄ（均静滴）。观察２组疗效及治疗前后用力肺活量（ＦＶＣ）、１秒种用力呼气量（ＦＥＶ１）和肺活量（ＶＣ）的变化。结果：２组总有效率分别为９３．９％和７９．２％，治疗组疗效优于对照组（χ２＝６．７９，Ｐ＜０．０１）。治疗组治疗后肺功能明显改善，治疗前后比较ＶＣ分别为（１．８６±０．４２）Ｌ和（２．９８±０．６３）Ｌ，Ｐ＜０．０５；ＦＶＣ分别为（１．６８±０．４８）Ｌ和（２．１６±０．６４）Ｌ，Ｐ＜０．０５；ＦＥＶ１分别为（０．９８±０．７２）Ｌ和（１．４２±０．３７）Ｌ，Ｐ＜０．０５。对照组治疗后肺功能改善不明显（Ｐ均＞０．０５）。结论：联用黄芪注射液和硫酸镁注射液治疗重度支气管哮喘安全有效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the curative efficacy of astragalus injection combining magnesium sulfate injection on severe asthma.Methods:57 cases with severe asthma during acute seizure phase were randomly divided into two groups.The control group ( n =24) was treated with conventional therapy of western medicine.In the treatment group ( n =33) based on the therapy of control group astragalus injection 2030 ml/d and magnesium sulfate injection 1020 ml/d infused intravenously were added.The curative efficacy and the variations of forced vital capacity (FVC),forced expiratory volume(FEV 1),and vital capacity (VC) were observed before and after therapy.Results:The total effective rates were 93 9% and 79 2% respectively in two groups.The curative efficacy in treatment group was superior to that in control group (χ 2=6 79, P <0 01).After therapy the pulmonary functions were significant improvements in treatment group.In comparison between before and after therapy the VC was (1 86±0 42)L and (2 98±0 63)L respectively ( P <0 05),FVC(1 68±0 48)L and (2 16±0 64)L ( P <0 05),and FEV 1(0 98±0 72)L and (1 42±0 37)L ( P <0 05).The improvements of pulmonary functions after therapy in control group were not significant (all P >0 05).Conclusions:The treatment with astragalus injection combining magnesium sulfate injection for severe asthma is safe and effective.更多还原
