【摘要】 目的：观察联用莪术油葡萄糖注射液和黄芪注射液治疗肾综合征出血热的临床疗效。方法：将１９１ 例肾综合征出血热患者随机分为２ 组，治疗组９８ 例，采用莪术油葡萄糖注射液２５０ ｍ ｌ静滴，每日１次，连用２～３ 日，黄芪注射液３０ ｍ ｌ加入１０％ 葡萄糖２５０ ｍ ｌ中静滴，每日１ 次，直到恢复期；对照组９３ 例只采用常规治疗。结果：治疗组治愈８４例，好转１２ 例，越期率为９３．９％ ，总有效率为９８．０％ ；对照组治愈６４ 例，好转１３ 例，总有效率为８２．８％ ，越期率为７７．４％ ，治疗组疗效明显优于对照组（Ｐ均＜ ０．０１）。实验室检查指标和临床症状、体征的改善时间治疗组也明显优于对照组（Ｐ均＜ ０．０５），且未见任何不良反应。结论：联用莪术油葡萄糖注射液和黄芪注射液是治疗肾综合征出血热的有效方法，值得深入研究和推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the clinically curative effects of zedoary turmeric oil glucose injection (ZTOGI,莪术油葡萄糖注射液) combined with astragalus injection (黄芪注射液) on hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome (HFRS).Methods:191 cases with HFRS were randomly divided into two groups.The treated group ( n =98) was treated with ZTOGI 250 ml infused intravenously once a day for 23 days and astragalus injection 30 ml+10% glucose 250 ml infused intravenously once a day continuously till the convalescence and compared with control group ( n =93) which was treated with conventional therapy.Results:In treated group 84 cases were cured,12 cases improved,the total effective rate was 98 0%,and the rate of overstepping stage 93 9% but in control group 64 cases were cured,13 cases improved,the total effective rate was 82 8%,and the rate of overstepping stage 77 4%,so that the curative effects in treated group were significantly superior to those in control group (all P <0 01).The improvements of parameters of laboratory examinations clinical symptoms and signs in treated group were also significantly superior to those in control group (all P <0 05),meantime there was not any sideeffect to be found.Conclusions:ZTOGI combined with astragalus injection are effective method for treating HFRS and worth to study in depth and to spread for use.更多还原
