【摘要】 目的 :观察联用血塞通注射液和降纤酶治疗急性脑梗死的疗效。方法 :62例急性脑梗死患者随机分为 2组。西医组 ( 3 1例 )给予降纤酶 (东菱克栓酶 ) 10 U加入生理盐水 10 0 m l静滴 ,每日 1次 ,3日后改为降纤酶5 U加生理盐水 10 0 m l静滴 ,每日 1次 ,治疗 2日。中西医结合组 ( 3 1例 )在西医组治疗基础上加用血塞通注射液 4 0 0 mg加生理盐水 2 5 0 m l静滴 ,每日 1次 ,共 10日。此外 ,2组均给予降压、控制血糖、抗感染等治疗。治疗前后均测定脑血流量、脑电图、血液流变性等。结果 :治疗 2周后 ,中西医结合组和西医组总有效率分别为96.8%和 67.7% ,2组有显著性差异 ( P<0 .0 1)。 2组脑血流量、脑电图和血液流变性虽均明显改善 ,但以中西医结合组为佳。结论 :血塞通注射液联合降纤酶治疗急性脑梗死疗效优于单用降纤酶更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the curative effects of panax notoginsenoside injection combined with ba- troxobin on acutely cerebral infarction ( ACI) .Methods:62 patients with ACI were randomly divided into two groups.The western medicine( WM) group( n=3 1) was treated with batroxobin10 U+normal saline10 0 ml infused intravenously once a day for three days then batroxobin 5 U +norm al saline 10 0 ml infused once a day for two days while in the integrated traditional Chinese medicine ( TCM) and western medicine ( WM) group ( TCM WM,n=3 1) based on the sam e therapy as WM group the panax notoginsenoside injection 4 0 0 mg+ normal saline 2 5 0 ml infused intravenously once a day were used for 10 days.In addition the hypertensive, glycem ic control and anti infectious therapies were given to both two groups.Before and after therapy the vol- ume of cerebral blood flow,the electroencephalograph( EEG) ,and the blood rheology were detected.Results:: After two week therapy the total effective rate was 96.8% in TCM WM group but it was 67.7% in WM group.In comparison between two groups the difference was significant ( P <0 .0 1) .The volume of cerebral blood flow,the EEG,and the blood rheology in both two groups showed obvious im provem ents but in TCM WM group they were the best.Conclusions:The treatm ents with panax notoginsenoside injection combined with batroxobin for ACI are superior to that with batroxobin alone.更多还原
