【摘要】 目的：观察应用巯甲丙脯酸治疗高血压合并左心室肥厚（ Ｌ Ｖ Ｈ）患者的左心室重量指数、血浆内皮素（ Ｅ Ｔ）和血管紧张素Ⅱ（ ＡｇⅡ）的变化。方法：对５６ 例高血压病患者于服药前 １ 日及服药 ２４ 周晨各取血测定 Ｅ Ｔ、 ＡｇⅡ并计算左心室重量指数，另选３０ 例健康人为对照组，分别检测高血压病并 Ｌ Ｖ Ｈ 患者组治疗前后各参数的变化。结果：高血压病并 Ｌ Ｖ Ｈ 患者组左心室重量指数由治疗前（１３６７±１３６）ｇ／ｍ ２ 降至（１０２９±１２０）ｇ／ｍ ２ ， ＡｇⅡ由（１３９５±２０３）ｎｇ／ Ｌ 降至（９７６±１６４）ｎｇ／ Ｌ， Ｅ Ｔ 由（１２０５±１１６）ｎｇ／ Ｌ 降至（８９１±１０８）ｎｇ／ Ｌ；其差异均具有显著性（ Ｐ 均＜ ００１）。结论：巯甲丙脯酸可以降低高血压患者血浆 ＡｇⅡ和 Ｅ Ｔ 的水平，并可逆转 Ｌ Ｖ Ｈ。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the changes in plasma endothelin(ET),angiotension Ⅱ(AgⅡ),and left ventricular weight index (LVWI) during treatment with captopril for patients with hypertension complicating left ventricular hypertrophy(LVH).Methods:56 patients with hypertension were chosen as studied subjects.The blood of empty stomach was taken 1 day before using drug and 24 weeks after taking drug separately and the ET,AgⅡ,and LVWI were measured.30 healthy subjects were selected as control group.The changes in all the parameters in patients group and control group were observed.Results:In patient group before and after therapy the LVWI 〔(136 7±13 6)g/m 2 vs.(102 9±12 0)g/m 2〕,AgⅡ〔(139 5±20 3)ng/L vs.(97 6±16 4)ng/L〕,and ET〔(120 5±11 6)ng/L vs.(89 1±10 8)ng/L〕 were altered respectively and the differences possessed statistical significance (all P <0 01).Conclusions:Captopril is able to depress the plasma levels of AgⅡ and ET in patients with hypertension and convert the LVH.更多还原
