【Abstract】 Preparation of somatic chromosomes in Nurscia albofasciata were made using embryo - cells by dropping and flame - dry technigues. The results are that; chromosomal mumber of somatic cells of N. albofasciata is 32 for female and 30 for male and sex - deternmination mechanism is X1X2O type. The mechanism underlining chromosome evolution of spiders was discussed as well in this paper.更多还原
