【摘要】 目的 :探讨精神分裂症患者的血清催乳素 ( PRL)、生长激素 ( GH)的基础水平与正常人的差异 ,及治疗前后 PRL、GH水平的变化 ,以及利培酮对 PRL、GH的影响。方法 :采用放射免疫法对 2 1例精神分裂症患者治疗前和治疗后第 2、 4、 6周末的 PRL、 GH水平进行测定 ,并与 3 2名正常人为对照 ,同时将药物分为利培酮组 11例和氯丙嗪组 10例。结果 :精神分裂症患者的基础 PRL、 GH水平与对照组无差异 ( P>0 .0 5 ) ,但女性患者 PRL明显低于对照组 ( P<0 .0 5 )。抗精神病药物治疗后 PRL 显著升高 ( P<0 .0 1) ,GH下降 ,但未达显著差异水平。女性患者治疗后 PRL 升高明显 ,为男性的 4 .0 6倍。利培酮治疗 6周末 PRL 为 119.61± 64 .4 2 ng/ml,较治疗前增高显著 ( P<0 .0 1) ,与氯丙嗪组比较无差异 ( P>0 .0 5 )。结论 :支持精神分裂症的多巴胺功能亢进假说 ,抗精神病药物所致 PRL 升高有明显的性别差异 ,利培酮有明显的致 PRL升高作用 ,有较强的拮抗中枢多巴胺作用更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:to find outif there was any difference of serum prolactin and growth hormone level between schizophrenics and normal control,to observe the change of these two hormone after treatment of antipsychotics,and compare the hormone change after risperidone and chlorprom azine treatment.Method:RIA was used to examine serum levels of prolactin and growth hormone in 2 1schizophrenics before treatment,after2 weeks’ ,4 weeks’ and6weeks’ treatments.The2 1patients were randomly assigned to risperidone group( 11cases) and chlorpromazine group( 10 cases) .The results before treatmentwere compared with those of3 2 normal control.Result:there was no difference of serum prolactin level and growth hormone level between schizophrenics before treatmentand normal control( p>0 .0 5 ) ,butthe prolactin of femare patients was significantly olactinlevel and growth hormone level between schizophrenics before treatment anbut the prolactin of female patients wassignificantly lowerthan thatof fem ale control( p<0 .0 5 ) .After treatmentof antipsychotics, prolactin level rose while growth hormone level lowered,butthese differenceshad no statistic significance.After treatment, prolactin of female patients increased4 times more than thatof male patients.After6weeks’ treatmentof risperidone,the prolactin level of patients was119.61± 64 .4 2 ng/ml,significantly higherthan thatbefore treatment( p<0 .0 1) .There was no difference between the results of risperidone and of chlorpromazine( p>0 .0 5 ) .Conclusion:the increase of prolactin after treatment of antipsychotics has significant sex difference.Risperidone has the effect of raising serum prolactin,indicating that it may have stronger anti- dopamine effectin CNS.更多还原
