【摘要】 目的 :探讨老年糖尿病患者认知功能状况 ;方法 :对 81例 型老年糖尿病患者及其 3 0名健康老年人进行了临床记忆量表、瑞文标准推理能力测验的认知功能评定。在 81例糖尿病患者中 ,18例接受胰岛素注射治疗、 3 5例口服药物治疗及 2 8例饮食控制治疗。结果 :胰岛素注射治疗组的患者在记忆和推理测验的成绩明显低于正常对照组 ,口服药物组推理测验的成绩明显低于正常对照 ,而饮食控制组具有良好的认知功能。研究提示 :胰岛素注射和口服药物治疗的患者存在有一定的认知功能障碍。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:to study cognitive function of elderly patients with diabetes mellitus type Ⅱ Method:cognitive functions of 81 patients with DM Ⅱ aged 60 or above and 30 healthy controls matched by age,education and career were evaluated.18 patients of our sample were receiving Insulin Injection Therapy(IIT),35 receiving Oral Medication Therapy(OMT),the other 28 Food Adjustment Therapy(FAT).Results:scores of Clinical Memory Scale and Raven test of patients in IIT and OMT groups were lower than that of healthy controls.While patients receiving FAT maintained good cognitive function.Conclusion:cognitive disturbance was found in elderly patients treated with IIT and OMT.更多还原
