制备软磁锰锌铁氧体粉的共沉淀条件的热力学分析

【摘要】 通过对Fe( Ⅱ)Mn( Ⅱ)Zn( Ⅱ)NH4HCO3NH3·H2OH2O 体系进行热力学分析计算, 给出了溶液中Fe(Ⅱ)、Mn(Ⅱ)、Zn( Ⅱ) 的浓度与pH 值的关系, 由此确定3 种金属离子共沉淀完全的pH值范围。指出该pH 值范围主要由Zn2+ 沉淀完全的酸度条件决定, 而后者则取决于碳酸氢铵与氨的加入量。

【Abstract】 Abstract: The thermodynamic analysis on the system of Fe(Ⅱ) Mn(Ⅱ) Zn(Ⅱ) NH 4HCO 3 NH 3·H 2O H 2O was carried out. The suitable pH value of coprecipitation was determined from the ratio of NH 4HCO 3 and NH 3·H 2O and from the relations between the pH value and total concentrations of Fe(Ⅱ), Zn(Ⅱ) and Mn(Ⅱ). The results show that Fe(Ⅱ), Zn(Ⅱ) and Mn(Ⅱ) could be completely coprecipitated with NH 4HCO 3 and NH 3·H 2O as precipitants at a suitable pH value and a suitable ratio of NH 4HCO 3 and NH 3·H 2O.
