镁锂基复合材料界面结构及热力学分析
Study on Thermodynamics and Interfacial Structure of Mg Li Based Composites
【摘要】 制备了碳纤维及SiC晶须增强的Mg8Li1Al 基复合材料。利用透射电镜、高分辨电子显微镜研究了Mg8Li1Al/SiCw 复合材料的界面结构, 发现SiC晶须与基体合金界面结合良好, 没有明显的反应物。拉伸实验结果表明,SiC晶须强化Mg8Li1Al 合金使抗拉强度提高50% , 固溶时效处理使Mg8Li1Al/SiCw 复合材料的抗拉强度提高到278 MPa, 比铸态提高了41-3% 。讨论了碳纤维、Al2O3 纤维、SiC晶须与镁锂合金的热力学相容性, 表明SiC 晶须与镁锂合金发生反应的热力学驱动力很小。
【Abstract】 Abstract: Mg8Li1Al/SiC w composites were manufactured by vacuum infiltration. Study on interfacial structure by TEM and HREM method confirmed that there are no any apparent reactant on the interface. Tensile test shows that the tensile strength are increased by 50%. After being solution treated, the tensile strength increases to 278 MPa, greater 41.3% than as cast composites. The Gibbs free energy of reaction between Mg Li Al matrix and carbon fibres, Al 2O 3 fibres, SiC were calculated. The results showed that there is little thermodynamics driving force for the interaction of Mg Li Al matrix and SiC whiskers.
