Si C 陶瓷与镍基高温合金的热压反应烧结连接
Investigation on Welding Process of SiC Ceramic with Ni based Superalloy Using Gleeble 1500 Thermo mechanical Testing Machine
【摘要】 采用 Ti Ni Al 金属复合焊料粉末, 利用 Gleeble 1500 热模拟机以自阻加热方式对镍基高温合金和 Si C 陶瓷进行热压反应烧结连接研究, 获得了强度为70 M Pa ( Φ10 m m ×50m m 圆棒非标准试样, 四点抗弯强度) 的焊接件。微观结构分析表明铝可以通过渗透到陶瓷的非封闭孔隙中或与陶瓷发生界面反应而形成比较牢固的接头。分析了焊缝区焊料中的孔洞对缓解焊接应力的作用。
【Abstract】 Abstract: A successful joining of SiC ceramic to Ni based superalloy was achieved using Ti+Ni+Al powders as the welding material and employing Gleeble 1500 thermo mechanical testing machine. The strength obtained by bending test (4 points bending strength test with Φ 10 mm×50 mm non standard specimens) is 70 MPa. Microstructural analysis shows that Al element can permeate into the open pores of SiC ceramic or react with the ceramic at the interface to form a firm bonding. A model to describe the relaxation of the residual stress of the pores existing in the welding layer was proposed.
