【摘要】 明确ＭＤＭ２基因在鼻咽癌（ＮＰＣ）组织中的表达情况及其与ｐ５３蛋白表达的联系、方法：运用非同位素原位杂交和免疫组化技术对４６例ＮＰＣ，１２例慢性鼻咽炎症粘膜（ＣＩＮＥ）进行了ＭＤＭＺｍＲＮＡ，ＭＤＭ２蛋白表达的检测。结果：１４例ＮＰＣ为ｐ５３蛋白阳性；所有ＣＩＮＥ均无ＭＤＭ２ｍＲＮＡ、ＭＤＭ２蛋白及ｐ５３蛋白表达；ＭＤＭ２的过表达与ｐ５３蛋白的高表达相联系（Ｐ＜０．０５）。结论：ＭＤＭ２蛋白可能通过与ｐ５３蛋白结合及相互作用而在ＮＰＣ的发生过程中起着重要作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective ’To define the relationship between MDM2 gene and p53 protin expuession ni nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC). Methods MDM2 gene expression at mRNA and protein levels were dctcted by nonradioactive in Situ hybridization(ISH) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) in 46 cascs of’ NPC tissues and 12 cases of Chronic inflammation of nasopharyngealepithelium (CINE). p53 protein expression was also detected in these tissues by IHC. Resnlts Fourleen cases of NPC showedWIM2 mRNA and protein positive, and 38 cases were p53 protein immunostaining. Neither MDM2 nor p53 proteinwas expressed in any case of CINE. ’The relationship between MDM2 gene and p53 protein expression in NPC was significantly(p<0.05). Conclusion MDM2 gene may play an important role in the pathogenesis of NPC by interacting with p53 protein.更多还原
