【摘要】 目的：研究有机磷农药中毒致肝脏损伤后胆汁引流与疏肝利胆中药对肝脏的保护作用。方法：制作有机磷农药中毒的动物模型后，分成传统治疗组和中西医结合治疗组，对后者行胆囊造瘘胆汁引流加疏肝利胆中药相结合治疗，观察２组动物肝脏组织病理变化及酶学改变并与正常对照组比较。结果：犬有机磷农药中毒后肝脏损伤确实，胆汁引流与疏肝利胆中药结合治疗后肝脏形态结构及功能状态明显优于传统治疗组。结论：胆汁引流与疏肝利胆中药对肝脏有保护作用，为抢救有机磷农药中毒提出了一个新的治疗理论更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the protective effect of biliary drainage combined with traditional Chinese drugs Shugan Lidan(疏肝利胆) on liver injury induced by organophosphorus intoxication.Methods:After establishment of a canine model of organophosphorus intoxication,cholecystomy was performed and animals were treated with biliary drainage,combined with traditional Chinese drugs namely Shugan Lidan.Pathological changes in the liver was examined by optical and electron microscopes in various groups.Results:Liver injury was noted in animals after organophosphorus intoxication.Treatment with biliary drainage combined with Chinese drugs could markedly attenuate hepatic damage compared to control group.Conclusions:Biliary drainage combined with Chinese drugs of Shugan Lidan has protective effect on liver damage,which may provide the new therapeutic basis for the treatment of organophosphorus intoxication.更多还原
