【摘要】 目的探讨舌痛发生机制及治疗方法。方法对１８例舌微循环障碍患者进行了组织学、血液流变学和甲襞微循环研究，并采用中西医结合治疗。结果此类患者虽无明显血管炎症，但均存在明显的高粘血症及微循环障碍。结论首次提出舌微血管障碍可能是香痛的病因之一，采用当归注射液为主的中西医活血化瘀疗法，可获良好疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the mechanism and treatment of glossodynia. Methods 18 cases with microcirculation disorder in tongue were studied by histology,hemorrheology and nail microcirculation,treated by combined western and Chinese medicine.Results Hyperviscosity of blood and microcircution disorder were found in the patients, though vasculitis wasn’t detected. Conclusion Microvessel disorder may be a cause of glossodynia,Argelicacs injection is a good drug to invigorate blood circulation and eliminate venous stasis.更多还原
