【摘要】 目的探讨椎动脉（ＶＡ）狭窄供血不足患者的球结膜微循环（ＢＣＭ）与彩色多普勒血流显像（ＣＤＦＩ）之间的相关性。方法采用微循环彩色图像分析系统和电脑彩色Ｂ超来分析细动脉与ＶＡ内径及其血流量等指标。结果ＢＣＭ表现为细动脉内径纤细（７.６３±０.１３μｍ），血流速度缓慢（０.４１±０．１１ｍｍ／ｓ）。 ＣＤＦＩ显示 ＶＡ内径狭窄（０． ２９±０. ０６ｃｍ），血液流量减少（５６．８０±２２． ２８ｍｌ／ｍｉｎ）。分别与正常组（１０．０±０．１１μｍ，０．６２±０．１１ｍｍ／ｓ）；（０．３８±０．０３ｃｍ，１１８．３２±２３．４１ｍｌ／ｍｉｎ）对照，均Ｐ<０．０５～０．０１。ＢＣＭ与ＣＤＦＩ分别显示的细动脉与ＶＡ的内径和血流量呈正相关、ｒ＝０.６６８，Ｐ<０．０１；ｒ＝０．２０５，Ｐ<０．０５。结论ＶＡ狭窄供血不足患者的ＢＣＭ与ＣＤＦＩ检测结果基本一致。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective The relationship between bulbar conjunctival microcirculation (BCM) and facts of Color Doppler Flow image (CDFI) in 60 patients with reduced vertebral artery blood supply was studied.Method Using the apparatus of analysis of microscope with color TV system and CDFI to study the blood flow and diameter of the microvessel.Result Comparing with the control group the microvessel became thinner (7.63±0. 13μm vs 0. 62±0. 11mm/s) in BCM. On the other hand,the diameter of the vertebral artery was narrower (0. 29±0.05cm vs 0. 38±0. 03cm) and the volume of blood flow decreased (56. 80±22. 28ml/min vs 118.32±23. 41ml/min) the diameter of the vessel and the volume of the blood flow between BCM and CDFI are positive in relationship (r=0. 668 P<0.01;r=0.205 P<0.05).Conclusion The results of examination on BCM and CDFI were similar.更多还原
