玉米中哺乳动物细胞凋亡相关基因rb同源序列的检出及其荧光原位杂交

【Abstract】 HumangenerbrelatedtoapoptosiswasusedastheprobefortheSouthernblothybridizationofthe genomicDNAinbothmaize (ZeamaysL .)andrice (OryzasativaL .) .Theresultsindicatedthattheho mologoussequencesofrbwerepresentedinthetwospecies .Thephysicallocationoftherbhomologousse quenceswasalsocarriedoutinmaizechromosomesbyfluorescenceinsituhybridization (FISH) .Thegenerb washybridizedontothelongarmsofthechromosomes 5and 6 ,andtheshortarmofthechromosome 8.The detectionratesofFISHwere 7.58% ,16 .16 %and 10 .10 % ,andpercentdistancesfromcentromeretothe detectionsiteswere 86 .17± 3.2 2 ,94 .10± 2 .59and 92 .4 7± 2 .33respectively .Theseresultsprovidedim portantcluestofurtherresearchofplantapoptosisgenes .更多还原
