空气中溶血性链球菌含量影响因素及卫生标准
The Factors of Hemolytic Streptococcus Density in the Air and Study of its Hygienic Standard
【摘要】 通过20 ~25 岁大学生溶血性链球菌(HS) 鼻咽携带率及空气HS最大含量制定卫生标准,结果表明:春季成人HS 鼻咽携带率为66-5 % ,鼻咽携带者在密闭、无风、潮湿室内停留2-0h(20m 3/人) ,在人均13 m3 中停留1-0h 和6 m 3/ 人0-5h ,空气中HS最大含量近36cfu/m 3 。在呼吸道传染病流行期的观察结果发现:与平时相比HS检出率增加0-3 ~1-5 倍。超过标准次数增加4 ~10 倍,最大超标倍数增加11 倍,同时还检出一种与HS 含量相平行的溶血性G+ 球菌。提示HS是室内空气致病菌污染敏感指示菌,HS 卫生标准≤36cfu/ m3 具有先进性和可操作性,采用撞击法测定HS 结果稳定、可靠。
【Abstract】 The present paper studied the carrier rate of hemolytic streptococcus(HS) in nasopharynx of 20 25 year old college students and drafted the hygienic standard of HS.The results showed the carrier rate of HS was 66\^5% in spring.The maximum density approached 36 cfu/m\+3 in the air,when the carriers were arranged to stay in the closed and moist rooms for 2\^0h (20m\+3 per person),1\^0h (13m\+3 per person)and 0\^5h (6m\+3 per person).And the HS in the indoor air and public places was recommended to be ≤ 36 cfu/m\+3.It was found that,comparing with normal time,the HS detection rate increased 0\^5 1\^5 times in the epidemic season of respiratiory tract infection.And the detection number above the standard rose up 4 10 times with the maximum extra standard 11 times.In the meantime,a kind of gram positive coccus was also detected.The results pointed out that the HS is the sensitive bacteria indicator of the pollution of the pathogenic bacteria in the air.It is advanced and practical hygienic standard for HS ≤36 cfu/m\+3.And the collision method for detection is accurate and reliable.
