【摘要】 为了解肿瘤患者血清锌与免疫功能的变化，以Ｔ 细胞亚群、ＮＫ 细胞活性、淋巴细胞转化率及中性粒细胞化学发光为指标，观察了锌对免疫功能的影响。结果显示，肿瘤患者免疫功能下降的同时伴有血清锌的减低，补锌后Ｔ 细胞亚群分布改善，ＮＫ 细胞活性增强，淋巴细胞转化率提高，中性粒细胞化学发光增强。提示肿瘤患者免疫功能下降与缺锌有关，补锌可调节肿瘤患者免疫功能更多还原

【Abstract】 Effects of zine on immune functions were investigated in cancer patients.The seum concentration of zinc and immune functions were lower in cancer patients than those in controls.Compared to that before oral zinc therapy,the ratio of CD\-4/CD\-8,NK cell activities,LTR and PMN CL intensity in cancer patients after oral zinc therapy were increased.These indicate that the lack of zinc would causes deterioration of immune functions and lower immune funnctions can be improved by zinc therapy.更多还原
