【摘要】 以４１ 例有不良妊娠结局的母婴为研究组，３１ 例正常足月分娩母婴为对照组，分别收集其母婴配对标本（ 母血，脐血） ，采用ＥＬＩＳＡ 方法及ＰＣＲ 技术进行检测，检测指标为ＴｏｘｏＩｇＭ 及ＴｏｘｏＤＮＡ。发现：研究组７ 例（１７．０７ ％ ） 孕妇ＴｏｘｏＩｇＭ 阳性：１６ 例（３９．０２ ％ ） 孕妇ＴｏｘｏＤＮＡ 阳性，对照组则分别为３ 例（９．６７ ％ ） 及５ 例（１６．１３ ％ ） ；研究组３ 例（７．３２ ％ ） 胎儿ＴｏｘｏＩｇＭ 阳性及１１ 例（２６．８３ ％ ）胎儿ＴｏｘｏＤＮＡ阳性；对照组则分别为２ 例（６．４５ ％ ） 及３ 例（９．６７ ％ ） 。在孕期母婴弓形体感染监测中ＰＣＲ 技术阳性检出率明显高于ＥＬＩＳＡ方法（Ｐ＜ ０．０５） 。以检测母婴血ＴｏｘｏＤＮＡ 结果为依据，分析母婴弓形体感染的关系，表明胎儿弓形体感染与母体弓形体感染有关（Ｐ＜ ０．００５） ，提示孕期弓形体感染可能为不良妊娠结局的重要原因之一，胎儿弓形体感染是母体弓形体感染的结果更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to evaluate the relation between toxoplasma infection and poor outcome of pregnancy we use simultaneously two methods,enzyme linked immunsorbent assay (ELISA) and polymerase Chain reaction (PCR) to detect respectively Toxo IgM and Toxo DNA in maternal and Fetal pair samples.It was found that 7 mothers (17\^07%) of the selected cases and 3 mothers (9\^67%) of the control cases were seropositive for Toxo IgM,16 mothers (39\^02%)of the study group and 5 mothers (16\^13%) of the control group were psitive for Toxo DNA.Also it was found that 3 fetuses (7\^32%)of the study group and 2 fetuses (6\^45%)of the control group were seropositive for Toxo IgM and 11 fetuses (26\^83%) of the study groap and 3 fetuses (9\^67%) of the control group were positive for Toxo DNA.Fetal toxoplasma infection is correlated with maternal toxoplasm infection in both study group and control group.It is suggested that toxoplasma infection is probably an important reason of poor outcome of pregnancy;which united use of ELISA and PCR could offer justification to early diagnosis and start antibiotic therapy.更多还原
