【Abstract】 The vitro inoculation test of pesticides against Rhizoctonia solani by leaf segment method was studied. The results showed that there was high correlation between the leaf segment method and pot test in whole plant. Comparing with the pot test, leaf segment method had many advantages, such as fast, accurate, needing less space and easily controlling the temperature and humidity. It is a better way to primarily screening for a large number of chemicals.更多还原
