不同温度对甜菜夜蛾实验种群的影响
EFFECTS OF TEMPERATURE ON DEVELOPMENT OF EXPERIMENTAL BEET ARMYWORM POPULATION
【摘要】 报道了不同温度下甜菜夜蛾卵、幼虫和蛹的发育历期、发育速率、发育起点温度及有效积温。该虫卵孵化率、幼虫存活率、蛹羽化率和种群趋势指数与温度变化的回归关系分别为:S_E=-76.77+12.4888X-0.2465X~2;S_L=-99.1037+14.5438X-0.279X~2;S_P=29.8022+9.256X-0.1756X~2和Ⅰ=1144.957+101.013X-1.9716X~2。在24~28℃的范围内产卵量较多,平均每雌可产502~608粒。
【Abstract】 The days and rates of development, developmental zeros and effective constants of temperature in egg, larval and pupal stages and pre-oviposition period of experimental beet armyworm (Spodoptera exigua (Hiibner)) population were tested. The regression equations of the rates of hatching, larval survival and emergence and population trend indices complied with temperature were determined as: SE = -76. 77 + 12. 4888X-0. 2465X2; SL=-99. 1037+14. 5438X-0. 279X2;SP = 29. 8022 + 9. 256X-0. 1756X2; and 1=1144. 957+ 101. 013X-1. 9716X2, respectively. Under 24~28C, the female moths laid more eggs, ranged from 502 to 608 eggs/female.
