无机抗菌剂的制备及抗菌效果的研究

【摘要】 本研究采用溶胶—凝胶法制备了超微细粉的无机抗菌剂。将其低温煅烧后添加到卫生陶瓷釉浆中,可制得抗菌陶瓷。抗菌试验表明,当抗菌剂加入量为1.5% ~2.0% 时,抗菌卫生陶瓷的抗菌性及抗菌持久性优良,24h 灭菌率达99.9% 。

【Abstract】 The study prepared an ultrafine inorganic antimicrobial agent by sol-gel processing.After sintered at a low temperature,the agent was added to the glaze of a sanitary porcelain to produce a antibacterial ceramic.The antibacterial test shows that the ceramic’s antibacterial and lasting antibacterial properties are excellent,and the antibacterial rate after 24hr is up to 99.9% when the adding amount of the agent to the glaze is 1.5%~2.0%.
