陶瓷窑炉内陶瓷纤维的高温粉化及抗粉化的研究

【摘要】 由于陶瓷窑中使用环境恶劣,不但有气氛问题,更有各种釉料产生的釉汽的侵蚀、水汽侵蚀及高速气流的搅动,故陶瓷纤维在陶瓷窑炉中高温粉化严重。本文以辊道窑为例剖析了陶瓷纤维粉化概貌及其在窑炉工程使用中的缺陷,提出了研究陶瓷纤维粉化的设想及抗粉化的方法。

【Abstract】 Ceramic fibre is widely used in the ceramic kiln as a heat insulating material to save energy and plays an important role in economizing energy and reducing consumption in ceramic industry.In the ceramic kiln the work condition is very bad and there are not only the problem of atmosphere but also the erosive glaze vapor produced by various glazes,the erosion by water vapor and the stir of high-speed current.So ceramic fibres are badly powdering in the high temperature condition of the ceramic kiln.This paper,taking the roller hearth kiln as example,discusses the general picture of the ceramic kiln.This paper,taking the roller hearth kiln as example,discusses the general picture of the ceramic fibre pulverization and the limitation of its usage in the kiln project and brings forward the ways to research the ceramic fibre powdering and its antipowderigation pulverization.So the paper offers ceramic fibre the base for its wider usage in the save energy project of the ceramic kiln.
