硅烷偶联剂的浓度对钡玻璃与树脂基质间粘接强度的影响
EFFECT OF CONCENTRATION OF SILANE COUPLING AGENT ON BONDING STRENGTH OF BARIUM GLASS TO RESIN MATRIX
【摘要】 选用7种不同浓度的γMPS乙醇溶液(0.01%、0.05%、0.1%、0.5%、1%、5%和10%wt)分别对钡玻璃试块表面进行硅烷化处理,以观察其对钡玻璃与树脂基质间结合强度的影响。经抗张粘接强度测试和断裂界面分析,结果表明:随着γMPS溶液浓度的增大,钡玻璃与树脂间的结合强度呈现出由低到高,再由高到低的转变。γMPS溶液的浓度在01%~05%范围内可使钡玻璃与树脂间达到最佳的抗张粘接强度。随着该溶液浓度的变化,试件的粘接断裂破坏形式呈现出由粘接破坏→混合破坏→内聚破坏→混合破坏→粘接破坏的转换现象。
【Abstract】 Effect of concentration of silane coupling agent on bonding strength of barium glass to resin matrix was studied. Seven different concentrations of MPS ethanol solutions (0.01%,0.05%,0.1%,0.5%,1%,5% and 10% wt) were selected to treat the surfaces of barium glass plates. The tensile bonding strength testing and fracture surface observing showed that the bonding strength moved up and then down with the rising up of concentration of MPS solution, and the optimal concentrations lay between 0.1%0.5%wt; the pattern of the fracture surface transformed from adhesive failure to mixed failure to cohesive failure and then to mixed failure and adhesive failure, according to the change of MPS concentration.
