【Abstract】 Using orthogonal design method,the immuno pharmacological effects of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction were studied.Experimental results showed that the most effective drugs for humoral and cellular immunity were ginseng and astragcles root and the best drug compatibility was the combination between astragcles root and chinese angelica root. The other drugs such as bupleurum root、cimicifuga rhizoma and tangerine peel,etc.were found to have little effects.The findings in this study indicated that the dosage of individual drugs in the decoction played an important part in the compatibility.更多还原
