【摘要】 为阐明桂枝汤对体温双向调节作用的组方配伍原理，对桂枝汤进行拆方研究，观察了桂枝汤中五个药对对高、低体温动物模型的影响，发现桂枝－芍药只有升温作用；芍药－炙甘草只有解热作用；单味桂枝和芍药均有解热和升温作用，分别伍以生姜、甘草、大枣，或桂枝芍药相伍，均未见协同相加更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to explore the mechanism of the composition of Guizhi decoction (GZD),effects of five pairs of drugs in GZD on dual directional thermoregulation were observed.Result showed that the pair of Ramulus Cinnamoni and Radix Paeoniae could only elevate the body tempreture in hypothermic animals,and the pair of Radix paeoniae and Radix Glycyrrhizae had antipyretic effect of in ferile body,Ramulus Cinnamoni or Radix Paeoniae alone was found to have the effect of dual directional thermoregulation,but no additive or synergetic effect was seen when Ramulus Cinnamoni or Radix Paeoniae was combined with Rhizoma Zingiberis Recens,Radix Glycyrrhizae,or Fructus Jujubae respectively,even when Ramulus Cinnamoni and Radix Paeoniae were combined.更多还原
