【摘要】 目的　观察口服螨免疫疗法对哮喘儿童的辅助治疗作用。方法　应用螨口服脱敏液安慰剂双盲试验对２３ 例哮喘患儿进行１２ 个月的临床观察，并测定血清螨特异性ＩｇＥ（ＳＩｇＥ） 、螨皮肤变应原试验和肺功能检查。结果　服用螨脱敏液的患儿，血清螨ＳＩｇＥ在用药后６ 个月时下降并持续到１２ 个月，治疗１２ 个月时肺功能明显改善，咳嗽发作次数减少，无用药不良反应。结论　口服螨免疫疗法作为吸入激素的辅助疗法治疗螨过敏的哮喘患儿有一定效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective\ To evaluate the effect of oral mite desensitization solution(OMDS)as a supplementary treatment (immunotherapy)for asthmatic children who are sensitive to mite.Methods\ A twelve-months’double-blind placebo-controlled study was carried out in 23 patients.The evaluation parameters included the determination of mite specific serum IgE level,assessment of symptoms and the patients’ need for bronchial dilators and oral corticosteroids.The skin prick test for mite allergen was performed in all patients,and pulmonary function performed in patients older than 6 years of age.Results\ The OMDS treatment was well tolerated by the patients and no serious side-effects were experienced.The serum mites special IgE level was significantly reduced after 6 months of therapy and remained low at 12 months in OMDS group.The frequency of cough was less in the OMDS treated patients than in the control.Conclusion\ The research demonstrated the safety of the treatment and suggested that the oral mite immunotherapy be a helpful supplementary treatment to inhaled steroid therapy for asthmatic children with mite allergy and it was more acceptable for child patients.更多还原
