【摘要】 从珠江口到湛江湾海域有一股常年存在的向西沿岸流，它与珠江下泄的冲淡水有关，也与南海暖流等有关．在沿东经１１２°附近海陵岛和漠阳江口之间的外海，有一股沿底部向岸涌升的陆架高咸海水，从而迫使由珠江口西来的、浑浊的“淡水皮”逐渐离开海岸；而海陵岛以西的向西的沿岸流已由从陆架涌升的外海高盐度海水所代替．其结果是使海陵岛以西成为沙质海岸，而其东则为泥质海岸更多还原

【Abstract】 From the mouths of Zhujiang to Zhanjiang Bay,there is a coastal current flowing westward all the year round. This is related to the fresh water from Zhujiang River and the South China Sea Warm Current. In outer sea area, nearby the 112°E between Hailing Island and Moyang River mouth, an ascending current climbs shoreward at deep layer, forcing the turbid fresh water layer to keep away from the coast. On the west of Hailing Island, there also exists a westward coastal current. But the current is replaced by the high salt water from outer sea area.The deposits are sandy materials along the west of Hailing Island and mud materials along the east.更多还原
