ZSM-5沸石膜的气体分离特性
Molecular Sieving Properties of ZSM 5 Zeolite Membranes
【摘要】 采用预吸附溶胶和重复晶化工艺,在多孔不锈钢管外表面制备了ZSM5分子筛膜,SEM观察表明,膜层晶体紧密地相互交联,厚度约25μm,H2对N2,O2和CO2的分离系数分别是448,427和513,明显超过Knudsen扩散理论选择性数值,而且这些分离系数的差别表明所制备的分子筛膜具有分子筛分效应.
【Abstract】 ZSM 5 zeolite membrane on the outer surface of porous stainless steel substrate tubes was prepared by pre adsorbing sol and repeatedly crystallization SEM results indicate that the membrane is a dense layer in a fashion of crystalline intergrowth, and with a thickness of 25 μm The permeabilities of H 2, N 2, O 2, and CO 2 through the membrane were 12 89, 2 88, 3 02, and 2 51×10 -9 m 3\5m -2 \5s -1 \5Pa -1 , respectively The ideal selectivities of H 2 to N 2, O 2, and CO 2 were 4 48, 4 27 and 5 13, respectively, which all were over the theory values of Knudsen diffusion The difference of the ideal selectivities indicates the molecular sieving properties of the membrane
