铜离子掺杂的硫化钙荧光体的微波辐射快速合成及其光致发光
Synthesis of CaS:Cu + Photoluminescence Materials by Microwave Radiation Method and Luminescent Properties
【摘要】 首次采用微波法快速合成了铜离子掺杂的硫化钙光致发光兰色荧光体, 用 X R D 测定了它们的晶体结构为立方体, 用 E S R 确定了铜离子的价态为+ 1 价; 并用荧光光度法系统考察了铜离子在各种不同掺杂浓度下对荧光体发光性能的影响. 与常规高温固相合成法相比,铜离子掺杂的硫化钙基质荧光体的发射波长不随铜离子浓度不同而产生变化. 微波合成具有操作简便, 快速省时, 省电节能, 合成时间可缩短5 ~8 倍. 且结晶性能良好, 粒度细小均匀, 可制得兰色高效光致发光新材料.
【Abstract】 CaS host doped with different concentrations of copper ion were firstly synthesized by microwave radiation method(MRM) XRD and the fluorescent spectra of CaS∶Cu + were measured,respectively The results for ESR shows that copper is proved to be existed as monovalence in calcium sulfide The influence of different Cu+ ion concentrations on luminescent properties of these phosphors was discussed It indicates that MRM is a promising way for synthesis of inorganic phosphors of calcium sulfide series in the lab
