【Abstract】 Project assessment is a complex system engineering, which needs a lot of information to be analyzed scientifically and treated technically.Information system plays an important role in the assessment. In this paper, based on the characteristics of required information, a PAIS model is proposed according to the intersecting and relative dependence of the component part of the project assessment.
