先驱物的粒径对织构体Y123微结构的影响
Effects of Precursor Powder Particle Size on Microstructure in Textured Bulk Y123 Superconductor
【摘要】 研究分别用粗粉及细粉工艺制备的先驱物( 液相组份先驱物粉末(BaCuO2 + CuO) ,异相SnO2) 对高温超导体YBa2Cu3O7- δ(Y123) 液相粉末熔融生长(LPMG) 织构工艺及微结构的影响, 结果表明: 在LPMG工艺熔化前的Y123 成相温区及熔融温区适当保持一段时间,可使样品的密度及结构度得到改善; 在部分样品的晶畴内可以观察到几十到几百纳米量级的微粒, 同时有大量的微粒存在于晶界中
【Abstract】 The effects of using coarse and fine powder precursors of liquid phase composition(BaCuO 2+CuO),and secondary phase SnO 2 to grow texture YBa 2Cu 3O 7-δ (Y123) superconductors by the liquid phase powder melt growth(LPMG) process are investigated. The results indicate that: ① holding the samples for some time at the forming temperature(\%T\-1\%) and melting temperature(\%T\-2\%) of Y123 phase,is helpful for increasing the density and improving the texture growing of Y123; ② comparing to the normal MTG process, the LPMG process reduces \%T\-2\% for fine precursors; ③ some particles with tens to hundreds nanometers in size are found in the texture domains, but most of them stay in the grain boundaries.
