【Abstract】 The methodology for the foundation of regional towns’ land standard p rice system to identify was discussed in this paper by taking Liuhe county of J iangsu Province as a case study. The result shows that it is an effective way to identify regional towns’ land standard price system by means of classifying the towns’ land first, and then comparing and synthesizing the land price estimate d by land deferential profit and market exchange according to towns’ land classi fication.更多还原
