【摘要】 目的探讨胰腺囊肿的诊断与治疗方法。方法对１０７例胰腺囊肿患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果７例胰腺囊肿经保守治疗后消退；８５例行手术治疗，效果满意；另１５例因各种原因而未行治疗。结论Ｂ超宜作为诊断胰腺囊肿的首选的检查，结合Ｂ超和ＣＴ检查可提高诊断率；真性胰腺囊肿宜行手术治疗，对胰腺假性囊肿宜先寻找病因，再决定治疗方案更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the diagnosis and treatment of pancreatic cyst(PC). Methods The clinical data of 107 cases of PC were analysed retrospectively. Results The cyst disappeared in 7 cases after conservative treatment; 85 cases were subjected to operation with satisfactory effects; other 15 cases experienced no treatment owing to various causes. Conclusions B us can be regarded as the first choice of examination for the diagnosis of PC, combination of B us with CT can increase the correct diagnosis rate. True cyst must be operated on; the selection of operation for pnacreatic pseudocyst should be decided after the cause of the cyst was found.更多还原
