【摘要】 研究了β-环糊糊（β-CD）衍生物构筑模拟酶在两相反应系统中的水解青霉素（PG）的反应．实验结果表明：有机相和水柜组成的反应系统有利于反应进行．通过紫外吸收法和纸层析证明了本实验人工会成的模拟酶可以水解青霉素生成苯乙酸（PAA）和6-氨基青霉烷酸（6-APA）．本试验的方法可为工业化生产6－APA提供一种新的途径．更多还原
