【摘要】 县级妇幼保健工作人员的专题小组讨论表明，她们对常见生殖道感染和性病的诊疗了解甚深；但在教育病人时，回避病人的不良行为，可能是导致性伴不能同治和疾病复发的主要原因之一；对艾滋病的警惕性仍然不高。提示要加强业务培训或指导，重视ＲＴＩ／ＳＴＤ治疗中的病人教育、性伴治疗和复查内容；进一步强化艾滋病知识更多还原

【Abstract】 Focus group discussion was used in qualitative study of reproductive health among maternal and child health (MCH) care providers at county level Results showed that MCH staff knows how to diagnose and treat common RTIs and STDs However, they often avoid offering counseling on personal hygienic performance and safer sex Usually they do not ask clients to bring their sexual partners for check-up This may partially explain why their sexual partners are not treated and relapse rate of RTIs is very high MCH staff does not think AIDS is a problem in the region though the prevalence is very high among some groups Results indicate that MCH staff needs to be trained, especially on the skills of patient education, counseling, and case tracking更多还原
