【摘要】 根据研究目标,设立不同组别试验,研究结果表明,脱毒甘薯不同地点、品种、年份均表现增产,增产幅度为14.95％～91.8％。甘薯脱毒后商品品质改观较大,干物质含量、抗病性则无明显变化,脱毒甘薯与对照相比地上下部生长动态趋势相同,但更具优势。上述部分论点与以往研究略有不同,了解脱毒甘薯的生长特性有助于最大限度的发挥脱毒薯的增产效益。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the research targets, a series yield trials had been done with virus - free sweetpotato. The results showed that every virus - free sweetpotato variety presented yield increasing both at different sites and different year. The increment rate ranged from 14.95% - 91.80% . After virus - elimination, the storage root quality was greatly improved, but no significant differences were found on the dry matter content and disease resistance. Though the virus - free sweetpotato showed growth superiority, but the growth dynamic trends of vines and storage roots of virus - free plants were similar to normal ones. This result slightly differed with that obtained in previous researches. Well understanding the growth characteristics of virus - free sweetpotato would be benefit to fully expand its yield increment potential.更多还原
