大源渡坝顶门机门架结构三维有限元分析
Three-Dimensional Finite Element Analysis of Gantry Structure for Dam Crest Gantry Crane at Dayuandu Dam
【摘要】 以湖南湘江大源渡枢纽工程的坝顶门式起重机为研究对象,对门机主体结构──门架的应力与变形作了静力、动力三维有限元分析。研究、掌握了各种负荷试验工况下门机结构的静力特性和动力特性。试验证明,所作三维有限元计算分析的主要成果与该门架现场负荷实测结果相符合。
【Abstract】 Taking the dam crest gantry crane of the Dayuandu Hydraulic Project at the Xiangiang River in Hunan Province as a study object, for the major structure of gantry crane, gantry; its stresses and deformations have been analyzed hy using static and dynamic three-dimensional finite element analyses. The static and dynamic characteristics of the gantry crane structure under varilous loading tests have been studied and mastered. The experiments show that the main results of three-dimensional finite element analysis carried out meet the in-situ measured results of loading of the gantry.
