基于工业PC机的基波无功分相补偿控制器的研制
Development of Controller for Fundamental Harmonic Reactive Power with Phase-Splitting Compensation Based on Industrial Personal Computer
【摘要】 介绍以工业PC机为核心的低压配电网基波无功动态补偿装置控制器的硬件结构、快速检测基波无功的方法和电路、晶闸管触发电路和电容器的投切控制方式等,解决了控制器应满足实时检测、快速响应和高可靠性等实际问题,提高了供电质量,确保了配电网的安全、经济运行。
【Abstract】 The Controller for fundamental harmonic reactive power with dynamic compensation based on the industrial personal computer in the low-voltage power distribution network, is described. The controller’s hardware structure, the method of rapidly detecting fundamental harmonic reactive power and its circuits, the on-off control schemes of thyristor trigger circuit and condenser are illustrated emphatically. The actual problems of real-time detection, rapid response and higher reliability which are satisfied by the controller; are solved. With the controller, the quality of power supply is raised, and the safety of the power distribution network and its economic operation are guaranteed.
