碳纳米管纯化技术研究

【摘要】 以碱为分散剂进行预处理,以混酸为氧化剂对碳纳米颗粒进行氧化,研究了一种新的碳纳米管纯化方法.从热力学角度对氧化反应的可行性进行了分析,考察了混酸比、温度、反应时间等因素对反应的影响,确定了最佳工艺条件:混酸比(浓硫酸与浓硝酸的体积比)为3∶1,反应时间0.5h.同时对纯化机理进行了探讨.

【Abstract】 A new method of purifying carbon nanotubes was described. The raw nanotubes were first pretreated by alkali. Alkali is a dispersed agent, which can enhance carbon particles to react with oxide agent and separate carbon nanotubes from other forms of carbon. Mixture of H 2SO 4 and HNO 3 is used as oxidation agent. The influences of temperature, ratio of H 2SO 4 to HNO 3, reaction time were studied, and the optimum condition of reaction were obtained. The reaction time is 2 h, ratio of H 2SO 4 to HNO 3 (ratio of volume) is 3∶1. The mechanism of purifying has been explained.
