非晶态Ni-P合金镀液和镀层的稳定性

【摘要】 通过对电沉积非晶态NiP合金镀液组成和镀层性能的稳定性进行研究,了解到对镀层质量影响最大的因素是镀液的pH值,其次是[H3PO3];找出了稳定镀液组成和镀层质量的有效措施,即采用一定面积比例的DSA和Ni混合阳极,调整好镀液的pH值,适当加入稳定剂和降低镀液的[Cl-],定时定量地添加H3PO3.

【Abstract】 The stability of coating characteristics and solution components in the amorphous Ni P alloy plating was studied. It was found that the most significant factor on Ni P coating was pH of solutions and the second was [H 3PO 3], and that we can keep the coatings and solutions stable in Ni P alloy plating process by using DSA and Ni mixing anodes, reducing , adding stabilizer and H 3PO 3 properly and regularly.
