【摘要】 目的：探讨行为方式与青中年脑梗塞的相关性。方法：选择５０例青中年脑梗塞患者与性别、年龄、职业、文化背景、经济状况相近似的３５例非脑血管病患者作对照，两组均回答Ａ型行为类型问卷及自制生活习性问卷。结果：在Ａ型行为、中、重度吸烟及饮酒、频繁在外就餐等习性，肥胖及舒张压偏高、血脂测定等诸方面两组差异有显著性（Ｐ＜０．０５）。结论：调整行为方式及饮食结构是预防青中年缺血性脑血管病的重要举措更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To approach the correlation of behavioral manner and cerebral infarction of the young and the middle aged.Method A control study by A type behavior questionaire and self made living habit questionaire.Results The results showed that there existed significant difference between the two groups in type A behavior,moderate and severe Smoking,drinking and frequently dining out,and also in the aspect of fatness,high diastolic pressure and determination of blood lipid.Conclusion It suggests important to adjust behavioral manner and diet structure to prevent ischemic cerebrovascular disease of the young and the middle aged.更多还原
