【摘要】 目的：为了控制生殖激素放射免疫分析法常规测定的质量及回顾性评价测定的稳定性。方法：每次测定时放置高低值质控标本。结果：利用质控血清定值及实测结果绘制质控图来衡量每批测定的质量及计算标准曲线３ 个有效剂量１２批以上的均数与标准差，综合多批（１２ 批以上） 质控实测结果行方差分析回顾性评价批内、批间误差。结论：此３ 种质控方法，能及时评价测定结果，客观反映测定的可靠性，是行之有效的室内质控方法之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To control the quality of RIA in reproductive hormone.Methods:The quality control specimens of high and low level are analysed in every analysis.Results: Printing quality control chart with the results of quality control specimens,caculating the mean value and standard deviation of three effective dose of standard curve (ED75,ED50,ED25),vaniance analysis is made with the results of quality control more than twelve times.Conclusion: These three methods of quality control can timely and exactly evaluate reliability of analysis,they are effective internal quality control methods of RIA in reproductive hormone.更多还原
